This policy covers the SocialFuze website and the AI matcher on it. Contact: hello@social-fuze.com (AJB, LLC). For product questions you can also use the matcher or the waitlist on the homepage.
What we collect
- Matcher reports. The brand or creator details you type (name, niche, audience size, platforms, optional stats) plus the email you give so we can send the report.
- Waitlist / account form. Name, email, and a password. Passwords are handled by our auth provider. Signing up today puts you on a waitlist for a dashboard that is not live yet.
- Leads. When you run a report we also store the details you submitted (role, name, niche, audience size, platform, email) so we can improve matching and, later, a directory. That directory is not live yet.
- Payments. If you buy Pro or Business, Stripe collects card details. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Ads. Google Ads may set cookies and conversion tags when you load the site or complete a report send.
Who processes it
- Supabase — waitlist table, leads table, and auth (email + password).
- Cloudflare Worker (socialfuze-match.mandiejanie.workers.dev) — runs the matcher and sends the report email.
- Anthropic Claude — via that worker. The text you submit is sent to generate the report. Do not paste secrets or other people's private data into the form.
- Stripe — Pro ($29/mo) and Business ($99/mo) checkout and billing.
- Google Ads — conversion measurement (tag AW-669856431).
- Netlify — hosts this site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your reports as a data product.
- We do not require an account to run the free matcher.
- There is no live dashboard, saved-history store, or in-app messaging yet.
Retention and choices
Waitlist, lead, and auth records stay until you ask us to delete them or we shut the tables down. Stripe keeps billing records as required by law. Email copies of reports live in your inbox; we send them, we do not run a report archive you can log into.
Do not submit a report if you do not want that content processed by Claude via the worker. Cancel a paid plan in Stripe.
