Score the pairing before you spend

“Influencer brand fit score” is a real category. Sprout Social owns the phrase in Google. Swavy, Trudy, Favikon, Cloutaura, and CreatorScore all put a 0–100 on a creator. Most of those scores live inside a platform you already pay for, or they score the creator, not the deal.

SocialFuze scores a specific brand–creator pairing and emails you the report. You do not need a Sprout seat, a Favikon login, or a campaign OS. Two names (or a decent description), an email, about 15 seconds.

The number is 0–100. Under it: reasons, pros, cons, risks, deal ideas, and a copy-ready first-contact message. Claude writes it. Not a database lookup.

Sprout’s Brand Fit Score vs a SocialFuze pairing report

Sprout is page one for this query. Know what it measures.

Sprout. Inside Influencer Marketing by Sprout Social (Tagger lineage), Brand Fit Score sits on a creator profile. You configure audience interests and optional locations. Sprout scores how well that creator’s content themes overlap those interests, plus audience location. Sprout’s help docs are blunt: themes, not engagement, not full demographics, not past collaborations. You view it on the profile, in lists, and in discovery. You cannot run it without Sprout.

SocialFuze. You type a brand and a creator. Claude returns a written argument about that pair: values, audience overlap, content style, whether it would feel authentic, what could go wrong, how to structure a first deal. The artifact is a report in your inbox, not a badge inside someone else’s CRM.

If your team already ranks 400 creators in Sprout, use Sprout’s score. If a founder sent one TikTok and asked “is this a fit?”, you do not need Sprout to answer.

The other score tools, named honestly

Closest products — not Grin.

Swavy (brand-fit-checker). Drop two handles. Scores compatibility across niche, tone, geography, and audience (their marketing uses weighted dimensions, niche heaviest). Swavy also runs an agent against a large creator index. SocialFuze does not search millions of profiles. We score the pair you bring.

Trudy. A 0–100 conversion prediction with content, audience, and psychometric sub-scores. Explicitly sits *before* Grin or CreatorIQ — close to our positioning. Difference: SocialFuze is a Claude-written report from the homepage, no account. We are not selling a conversion model.

Favikon Brand Fit. Semantic overlap: keyword profiles for brand and creator, 0–100 on whether the creator already talks about adjacent topics. Lives inside Favikon’s data product, not as a free emailed memo.

Cloutaura Brand-Creator Fit Checker. A weighted calculator you score yourself (audience, niche, content, location, engagement, safety, reliability, budget, timeline). Planning aid. SocialFuze does not ask you to rate 1–5 on nine axes.

CreatorScore. A 1–100 trust / brand-safety score across many platforms — controversy, fake audience, named risks. Use it for “is this person safe next to the brand.” Use SocialFuze for “even if they are safe, should these two work together.”

Influs, Modash, Phyllo. Discovery, audience breakdowns, creator APIs. They can inform a fit decision. They do not email you a pairing essay.

If “AI influencer matching” sent you here: same product, tighter job. Matching, for us, means scoring the pair — not generating an AI influencer, and not browsing a graph we do not have.

What the score is (and is not)

It is a reasoned 0–100 on a pairing you named, with the argument attached.

It is not audience-panel data. We do not ingest Modash demographics, HypeAuditor fraud scores, or Phyllo exports. Optional figures you type are self-reported.

It is not a live crawl of last night’s Reel. High-stakes deals still need a human watching the last 20 posts.

It is not a guarantee of ROI. A 90 can flop if the brief is wrong. A 55 can work as a gifted nano test.

Treat bands as judgment aids, not policy: 80–100 strong natural fit, still read the risks; 60–79 workable if you scope the deal to the named overlap; 40–59 only with a specific honest hook; below 40 do not spend production budget to confirm what the report said.

How to run it

On social-fuze.com use Score a pairing: brand name and niche, influencer handle and niche, audience size band, email. About 15 seconds later the report shows on the page and is emailed. Check spam. You will see it on the page and in email. Do not wait for a dashboard.

No account for this. Sign-up is a waitlist. The dashboard is not ready. If you do not have a counterpart yet, use the match-profile tool on the same page instead of inventing a fake pairing.

Price

Starter: free, 3 reports per day, both tools, copy-ready outreach. No account for the first report.

Pro: $29/month, unlimited reports, Stripe Checkout, card required. Saved history is part of the Pro pitch and depends on a dashboard that is not live. Do not pay $29 expecting to log into a workspace today.

Business: $99/month, Stripe, card required, founder support from Mandie Jane (AJB, LLC). White-label, API, and commission tracking are not built. Direct messaging and advanced filters are not built.

If you need a campaign OS, we are not a Grin alternative in that sense. If you need a fit score on one pair, you are in the right place.

FAQ

What is an influencer brand fit score?

A number that estimates how well a creator and a brand belong in the same campaign. Sprout’s version scores a creator profile inside Sprout against your audience-interest setup. SocialFuze scores a specific pairing and emails a written report.

How is SocialFuze different from Sprout Social’s Brand Fit Score?

Sprout’s score lives on a creator profile in Sprout and is driven mainly by content themes vs. configured interests and location. SocialFuze does not require Sprout. You name both sides; Claude writes the pairing up and emails it.

How is this different from Swavy, Trudy, Favikon, Cloutaura, or CreatorScore?

Swavy and Trudy are the closest: brand–creator compatibility, often next to a larger platform. Favikon scores semantic topic overlap. Cloutaura is a weighted DIY calculator. CreatorScore is brand-safety vetting. SocialFuze is a free-to-start Claude report on the pair you type, delivered by email, with no live directory.

Is the score based on real audience data?

Not panel data. Claude reasons from your inputs and public knowledge. Optional metrics you enter are self-reported. For fraud and audience quality, use HypeAuditor, Modash, Heepsy, or CreatorScore. For “should these two work together,” use this.

Do I need an account to see my score?

No account for the first report. It is emailed. There is no live dashboard. Sign-up waitlists you for a dashboard that is not ready.

How many scores can I run?

Starter: 3 per day, free. Pro: $29/month unlimited (Stripe, card required). Business: $99/month with founder support.

Can I score a pairing I found in Grin, Heepsy, or Modash?

Yes. Find names in a graph, check fit here before you buy the package or open the campaign in the expensive OS.
